He was born to the family of Alhaji Hassan and the Late Dorcas Yusuf of the Igasia Compound in Ado-Odo, Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Area of Ogun State, Nigeria.

Education has always been a priority in Yusuf’s life. He began his academic journey at LGA Primary School, Idi-Ogede in Ado-Odo, where he developed a solid foundation for his future studies. He proceeded to St. Stephen Comprehensive High School in Ado-Odo, where he honed his intellectual abilities and academic skills. Yusuf also pursued religious and cultural education at Markaz Ul Loom Al-Islamiyah in Ado-Odo, gaining deep insights into Arabic and Islamic studies that strengthened his faith and cultural heritage.

His academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Education degree in Chemistry from the prestigious University of Lagos, reflecting his commitment to academic excellence and a passion for the sciences. Further expanding his expertise, Yusuf completed two advanced degrees: a Postgraduate Diploma in Security and Strategic Studies from Nasarawa State University’s Institute of Governance and Development Studies and a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Operations/Projects Management from Abeokuta Business School at Crescent University in 2025.
